“Complex, ripe, varietal, and fruit core with scents of pomaceous fruits, pear, and quince, some red apple, and plenty of cool climate white spice layers. Weighty and satin-cream textured as the wine touches the palate, flavours mirror the bouquet, led by pear, then apple with some citrus pith notes and continued spice. Balanced and well-made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from early 2025 through 2028.”

“A rather enticing bouquet with a mix of spice and ripe white flesh, some citrus and fine lees qualities. Very generous and textured as the wine touches the palate, flavour of pears and poached apples, quince and mineral. Just off-dry with a lick of sweetness to counterbalance the warming alcohol and generous acid line. Lots of weight and satin cream touch leading to a lengthy finish. Well made and offering excellent drinking from 2024 through 2026.”
