Age Requirement
By purchasing wine from Q Wine, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Wine may only be purchased and supplied in accordance with New Zealand law. Age verification may be required at purchase or delivery.
Prices & Orders
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Prices may change without notice. Once an order has been accepted, the confirmed purchase price will apply. Subsequent price changes will not affect accepted orders.
Q Wine reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors or failure to meet legal requirements. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.
Anyone placing an order on behalf of another person or business confirms they have authority to do so.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
Q Wine does not store full credit card details on its own website servers.
Wine Club Subscriptions
Q Wine offers a quarterly Wine Club subscription, with recurring payments and deliveries in accordance with the subscription selected at checkout.
Subscription pricing, billing arrangements and applicable terms will be provided before purchase.
Wine Club prices may be reviewed annually. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to members in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Consumer Guarantees & Returns
All purchases are subject to applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the parties may contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act only where permitted by law, including where the agreement is in writing and it is fair and reasonable to do so.
If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with New Zealand law.

Delivery
Delivery times and charges will be provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery is subject to applicable alcohol laws and age verification requirements.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q Wine is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Q Wine’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits Q Wine’s liability or your rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to Q Wine. Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws, which set out how your information is collected, used, stored and protected.

Content may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
